Marie is a Biologist with a PhD in Plant Molecular Genetics and works as a manager in an international scientific technology company; she is a polyglot who spent parts of her formative years in Germany, Singapore and France before settling in the UK. Marie is also a champion for her company's Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, drawing on her international experience and openness towards cultural diversity to add meaningful understanding and true inclusion within the work environment.

When she is not travelling around Europe (or attending on-line team meetings), she enjoys spending her time surrounded by nature, ideally with her two horses, husband and two children and their pets.

Marie’s own horses enjoy a life with their needs being paramount within their environment so very much in-step with how the ranch horses live. She enjoys dressage and fun-rides with them and has produced two beautifully balanced, calm, happy horses who her children also can feel safe with.

All aspects of Marie’s life bring science and nature together so having this outlook and experience on the team is hugely valuable.

Elise is a registered Craniosacral Therapist and Supervisor with the CSTA, an Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS) and a Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapist (SEP). She's also certified in various complementary therapeutic modalities including Integral Somatic Psychology, Shiatsu and Remedial Sports Massage. She's worked as a therapist for over 20 years, the last 10 of those running a successful clinic in Bath.

In her younger years, Elise spent 13 years as an intrepid explorer, travelling mostly in Asia in pursuit of adventure and a deeper understanding of diverse cultures. Along the way her passion for personal and spiritual growth developed, and she became a huge advocate for the healing and grounding forces that nature evokes.

Nowadays, alongside her work, she spends as much time as possible enjoying outdoor adventures with her partner and two dogs in the campervan, and celebrating the beauty and connection that being outdoors brings.

Elise’s role on the team is as a Therapeutic Adviser, bringing insight, intuition and her spirit of adventure!

Following a long career, in various guises of admin for notable employers in London, Caroline moved to Bath to raise her four children. She expanded on her admin experience to include bookkeeping, starting in self-employment, but after five years, one of her clients, a Research and Data company assisting banks to mitigate operational risk, offered a permanent position which progressed in to becoming the company Finance Manager; together with Event and HR management; a role she held for over 10 years.

Having recently made the decision to cut down on her hours and responsibility and to look for additional employment in sectors she has a real interest in such as creativity and sustainability, it has come at the right time for Caroline to become an integral part of the team!

Her passion is creativity; needlework, crafting and up-cycling furniture and the arts in many forms; theatre, ballet and art galleries. She also loves to travel to different areas of the world and spending time with her friends and family, which now includes 4 grandsons. Her family have always included an assortment of animals and enjoy spending time in nature.
